As of late Sep 2026, trade/legal writeups still treat the PCAC vote as advisory; Semax is not simply “legal to compound everywhere” off that vote alone. If you follow compounding policy: which next artifacts matter most (FDA decision, proposed rule, state board posture)? Share links to primary docs when you can. Not legal or medical advice.

The Regulatory page walks April 2026 (nominations withdrawn → off interim Category 2) versus July 2026 PCAC recommendation to list Semax free base/acetate on the 503A Bulks List—and stresses FDA still must decide and typically complete notice-and-comment rulemaking. What’s still confusing in that sequence for you? Prefer primary FDA/meeting materials over Telegram summaries. Not legal advice.
