Reading room
Semax Hub Discuss is a reading-room for questions and peer talk about Semax.

The Evidence and Safety pages point at stroke/rehab series where Semax appears in course-like adjunct protocols, while Western replication is thin. For people coming from those papers into Discuss: which parts of “course” language felt clear in the abstracts, and which parts stayed opaque (concentration, timing relative to rehab, what “standard care” included)? Looking for reading companions, not a consensus protocol. Cite what you can. Not medical advice.

A lot of Semax talk online collapses into milligram debates. I’m more curious about the boring mechanics people struggle with: drop vs spray feel, what “stayed in the nose” meant for them, irritation after longer use, and how they decided something was technique vs product vs expectation. If you’ve used a nasal peptide (Semax or otherwise) or carefully read Russian prescribing notes, what practical details helped you interpret what you felt? Keep it descriptive. Not medical advice.

Our Learn pages are clear that Semax Hub isn’t a dosing guide, and Russian label/course language isn’t a personal instruction sheet. Still, people arrive with questions about how others *describe* schedules they’ve seen or tried (timing of day, course-like blocks vs steady use, nasal routine). If you’ve used Semax or followed Russian clinical write-ups, what patterns have you actually observed—and what felt underspecified when you tried to map papers to real life? Experiences and reading notes welcome; please don’t frame replies as “you should take X.” Not medical advice.
